DESCRIPTION

ECART 1 is an Industrial-Robot from Oppent. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 220 kg, 600 min runtime, 500 kg payload.

ECART 1 is a model in Oppent's ECART family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. A slim 600 mm-wide body with a carbon-and-Kevlar shell lets it slip under hospital carts and trolleys, lift them on its platform and carry up to 500 kg (700 kg for occasional loads).\nPer its datasheet it measures 1,660 x 600 x 350 mm, weighs 220 kg without batteries and carries 500 kg nominal (700 kg maximum) on lift platform 1,020 x 510 mm, 100 mm stroke. It uses diamond-layout, bidirectional drive (1 x 700 W), travels at up to 1.4 m/s and climbs 5% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 10 hours on a LiFePO4 24 V 120 Ah (LeadGel 24 V 140 Ah or PureLead 24 V 120 Ah options) battery with 3 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick S300 laser scanners, front/rear sensitive edges, 2 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller, and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
