DESCRIPTION

E3500 is an Industrial-Robot from Invio Automation. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 252 kg, 454 kg payload.

E3500 is an Invio Automation AGV that Invio calls an industrial workhorse with a decade-long track record, and the model most popular with its mobility (automotive) customers. It transports sub-assemblies, work in progress and finished goods through highly automated and operator-heavy processes, carrying 1,000 lb (454 kg) on deck or towing 3,500 lb (1,588 kg). The welded steel chassis with heavy-duty transaxle drive and steering measures 1,884 x 635 x 311 mm and weighs 252 kg; it travels at up to 0.76 m/s with a 1 m minimum turn radius, forward on its path with dead-reckoned reverse. A 24 V DC, 900 W drive runs on 124 Ah of batteries (four 62 Ah units) with 40 A on-board and 40 A automatic charging. All Invio standard platforms use BlueBotics natural-feature LIDAR navigation (or magnetic tape / in-floor bar guidance), safety-rated Keyence scanners with zone programming, Allen-Bradley PLC or microprocessor control with a Proface HMI and +/-13 mm positional accuracy, and take attachments such as top-deck robots, load frames, trunnions, roller conveyors and scissor lifts.
