DESCRIPTION

DTD10000 is an Industrial-Robot from Invio Automation. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 544 kg, 4536 kg payload.

DTD10000 is an Invio Automation heavy-duty AGV for large and bulky loads, favoured in rugged industrial plants where moving heavy products by fork truck or tugger is dangerous and inefficient. It carries or tows 10,000 lb (4,536 kg) and Invio lists it in production at Bobcat, John Deere, Peterbilt and First Solar. The 2,032 x 1,270 x 483 mm vehicle weighs 544 kg, moves forward, in reverse or rotates at up to 0.76 m/s, and runs a 24 V DC, 450 W drive from a 124 Ah battery with 40 A on-board plug-in and automatic charging; floor-style IntelliChargers support charging within the process. All Invio standard platforms use BlueBotics natural-feature LIDAR navigation (or magnetic tape / in-floor bar guidance), safety-rated Keyence scanners with zone programming, Allen-Bradley PLC or microprocessor control with a Proface HMI and +/-13 mm positional accuracy, and take attachments such as top-deck robots, load frames, trunnions, roller conveyors and scissor lifts.
