Zetha TS-20 (ZETHA-S-TS-20) is DF Automation & Robotics' 2-tonne trackless pallet AMR, designed to replace manual hand pallet jacks by moving palletised loads floor to floor in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, textile, automotive and food and beverage sites. It measures 1,683 x 1,022 x 2,000 mm, with 175 mm wide forks 300 mm apart that lift 110 mm, and carries up to 2,000 kg including the pallet. LiDAR natural feature navigation with optional markers guides it without floor tracks, a 3D LiDAR adds hanging-object and hole detection and a 3D camera supports pallet handling. It drives at 1.5 m/s unladen and 1.2 m/s laden on a steering drive, and a 24 V, 150 Ah LiFePO4 battery gives about 8 hours of work with 2-hour charging, automatically or by cable.
