DESCRIPTION
Zamma TS Standard L20 is an Industrial-Robot from DF Automation. It is built for Lifting, Material-Handling, Pallet-Transportation. Key figures: 1670 kg, 300 min runtime, 2000 kg payload.
Zamma TS Standard L20 (ZAMMA-SL-TS-L20) is DF Automation & Robotics' heaviest autonomous stacker, built to transfer and stack open pallets of up to 2.0 tonnes, including the pallet, to a lift height of 2,770 mm, or up to 3,670 mm with reduced load. It measures 2,192 x 1,000 x 2,200 mm with the mast lowered, weighs 1,670 kg with its battery, and has a 1,150 mm fork carriage with 580-680 mm fork spread. It navigates by laser natural feature navigation (SLAM) with reflector support, travels at up to 1.6 m/s unladen, climbs 8% laden, works in 3 m aisles, and runs about 5 hours on a 24 V, 208 Ah lithium-ion battery with automatic dock charging. Two safety laser scanners, an obstacle sensor and two emergency stops protect people, and NavWiz and DFleet handle programming and fleet control.
