DESCRIPTION
YT-350F is a Mobile-Robots from GE Creative. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 130 kg, 300 min runtime.
The YT-350F is a towing autonomous mobile robot built for prepared-food and bento factories, where it pulls dollies of food crates in and out of refrigerators and freezers set as low as -25 C without condensation problems. A camera on top of the body runs Visual SLAM, so it stays localised even when workers walk past or the stacks of crates move, and an AGV function on magnetic tape adds the precise stopping needed to dock with its charging station and hook onto dollies, which it couples and releases automatically. Large wheels handle slopes and elevator gaps, it rides elevators and passes automatic doors through standard RFA linkage, and it charges automatically at its station. The 615 x 500 x 1,840 mm robot weighs 130 kg, tows up to 350 kg at up to 50 m/min (3 km/h), stops within +/-20 mm and runs 4 to 5 hours; workers send it off with buttons on a simple operating panel.
