DESCRIPTION

The Woosh SAMiR-Arm is the company's hybrid robot - a six-axis collaborative arm mounted on its SAMiR-200/300 mobile platform, which is the configuration that turns a transport base into something that can also pick, place and operate equipment when it arrives. Woosh aims it squarely at materials and precision instrument components, where the value is in flexible, stable, autonomous remote transport combined with close-range operation: moving a sensitive part between stations and then handling it, rather than requiring a person at each end. It supports a range of end effectors and is offered in several body configurations. Like the rest of the Woosh range it is built to be integrated rather than bought as a fixed product.
