The TRAPO Transport Shuttle (TTS series) is TRAPO's automated guided vehicle for moving pallets from production or the warehouse to the loading bays, so that the floor stays free of rigid conveyor lines and can be used flexibly. It carries loads of up to 2,000 kg and is built on a modular structure that can be fitted with customer-specific attachments such as an additional conveyor or an integrated lifting function, in various designs, load ratings and speeds, including a special hygienic design. Customers can choose inductive, autonomous or optical navigation, and the shuttles run singly or as a fleet, with control and traffic-light functions handled by TRAPO's TIM management system; capacity can be increased with more shuttles plus warehouse shuttles and lifts. Fitted with a collaborative robot, the TTS becomes a mobile cell that conveys, (de)palletizes, forms layers and packs alongside human workers.
