DESCRIPTION
SGLS-C3 is an Industrial-Robot from Sevnce Robotics. It is built for Inspection, Patrol, Explosion-proof inspection and emergency robotics. Key figures: 450 kg, 300 min runtime.
The SGLS-C3 is Sevnce's modular explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot rated for IIC gas groups (Ex IIC T6 Gb, IP66). It integrates different instruments for leak ('running, emitting, dripping, leaking') detection, equipment and personnel safety, site security and equipment-state checks, has an ultrasonic omnidirectional anti-collision system and can carry an AI industrial PC for millisecond-level recognition. Four-wheel drive gives up to 1.4 m/s with a 1.6 m turning circle; it climbs 25-degree slopes and 10 cm obstacles, wades 12 cm, navigates by laser to +/-3 cm and runs up to five hours with up to three-hour charging between -20 and 60 C. It measures up to 1,250 x 960 x 920 mm and 450 kg. Standard functions include autonomous inspection, obstacle avoidance, remote control, video monitoring, offline inspection, sound-and-light alarm, auxiliary lighting, autonomous charging, two-way voice and one-key return, with options for laser gas telemetry, laser vibration measurement, optical and acoustic imaging, voiceprint and noise detection and flame detection, a lifting gimbal, BeiDou navigation and a robot arm.
