DESCRIPTION

The MR12 is the largest autonomous mobile robot in MOBYUS' range, a 1,500 x 1,100 x 320 mm heavy-load platform rated for 1,200 kg. It navigates by laser SLAM, QR codes or colour guides, reaches 1.5 m/s on a 48 V 75 Ah lithium-ion battery and carries a SICK nanoScan3 or TiM571 safety scanner. MOBYUS targets it at automotive OEMs, heavy industry and solar plants for moving car bodies, parts on standardised jigs and bulk materials. Like all MOBYUS AMRs it plans its own routes around obstacles without floor infrastructure, docks to within +/-5 mm and is managed with other robots and equipment by the TAMS control system.
