DESCRIPTION
Morello Heavy-Duty AGV Cart is an Industrial-Robot from Morello. It is built for Heavy-Item-Handling, Heavy-Load-Transportation, Intralogistics.
Morello builds custom heavy-duty AGV carts that move materials fully autonomously, with no operator on board and no need for rails, for loads from about 2 tonnes to more than 1,000 tonnes. Each vehicle is designed around the load, route, available space and plant automation logic, and can load and unload itself if required. Navigation can be laser, inductive, optical or natural, with magnetic, inertial and dGPS options, chosen with the customer. Projects on its site include a 45 t coil AGV, a 40 t outdoor AGV for moulds and dies, a 40 t optically guided AGV for the nuclear industry, a 20 t steel-pipe AGV and a 3 t natural-navigation AGV for a paint plant, and versions for hazardous or explosive areas.
