The MOBOT AGV FlatRunner MW HT is a low, 220 mm-high omnidirectional platform: four BLDC servo motors drive 203.2 mm Mecanum wheels so it moves in any direction and turns on the spot, and it carries up to 700 kg bolted to its top or raised 70 mm by its lifting system. Two 32 Ah/48 V lithium-ion batteries give about 5 hours at full load and recharge in about 3.5 hours, with optional automatic contact charging. It navigates with WObit's LMS laser mapping system - building a map of its surroundings and locating itself on characteristic points such as walls, without reflectors or floor markings - combined with a vision system that can follow a line and position the robot precisely; missions are configured in the MOBOT RoutePlanner software and dispatched from a control terminal over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, with Ethernet/Modbus TCP and other I/O for integration. Safety laser scanners make it slow down or stop for obstacles, and a touch operator panel, emergency stops and light and sound signals support work alongside people. It drives at up to 3.5 km/h with 2.4 kW of nominal power, uses two line-tracking vision systems and two safety laser scanners, is rated IP30 for 5-45 C, measures 1,500 x 700 x 220 mm and weighs about 200 kg.
