DESCRIPTION
MOBOT AGV FlatRunner MW is an Industrial-Robot from WObit. It is built for Heavy-Load-Transportation, Intralogistics, Material-Handling. Key figures: 750 kg, 480 min runtime, 1800 kg payload.
The MOBOT AGV FlatRunner MW is WObit's original heavy omnidirectional platform: four brushless servo motors drive 310 mm Mecanum wheels so it moves in any direction and turns on the spot, carrying up to 1,800 kg bolted to its top or raised 70 mm by its lifting system. Two or four 158 Ah/12 V traction batteries in quick-change cassettes give about 8 hours at full load, recharging in 3.5 or 7 hours. It navigates with WObit's LMS laser mapping system - building a map of its surroundings and locating itself on characteristic points such as walls, without reflectors or floor markings - combined with a vision system that can follow a line and position the robot precisely; missions are configured in the MOBOT RoutePlanner software and dispatched from a control terminal over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, with Ethernet/Modbus TCP and other I/O for integration. Safety laser scanners make it slow down or stop for obstacles, and a touch operator panel, emergency stops and light and sound signals support work alongside people. It drives at up to 3 km/h with 4.5 kW of nominal power, is rated IP30 for 5-45 C, measures 1,973 x 1,254 x 420 mm and weighs about 750 kg.
