DESCRIPTION
MOBOT AFL14 is an Industrial-Robot from WObit. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Pallet-Transportation. Key figures: 740 kg, 600 min runtime, 1400 kg payload.
The MOBOT AFL14 is WObit's autonomous stacker forklift for warehouses and factories, transporting heavy pallets and shelves of up to 1,400 kg on 1200 x 800 EUR and 1200 x 1000 mm pallets. It picks up and sets down loads from the floor, racks or conveyors, lifts them to 1,600 mm (optionally 3,000 mm) and, with a 600 mm turning radius, works in narrow aisles. It navigates by laser SLAM without reflectors, with millimetre-level positioning, and its safety system - a 2D safety laser scanner, a separate navigation scanner and fork-height protection - detects obstacles and prevents collisions; it is controlled from a touch operator panel with an emergency stop, signals with light and sound, charges manually or automatically, and works at 0-50 C. The AFL14 also has a 3D obstacle-avoidance scanner and pallet recognition. A 24 V/180 Ah LiFePO4 battery gives about 10 hours of work and charges from 10 to 80% in about 2 hours; it reaches 1.5 m/s unloaded (1.2 m/s loaded), climbs 5% slopes, measures 1,722 x 951 x 2,042 mm and weighs 740 kg.
