DESCRIPTION

The Maker H01 is GigaAI's first robot body, and it exists to carry the company's models rather than to compete on raw hardware specification. A humanoid upper torso sits on a four-wheel omnidirectional base, standing 1,620 mm on a deliberately small 600 by 550 mm footprint — GigaAI's stated priority is a compact body that gets through real interiors. Above the base are twenty degrees of freedom: two in the head, four in the torso and seven in each arm, spanning 794 mm, with each arm rated for 3 kg and peaking at 5 kg. The sensor fit is unusually camera-heavy for the class, with eleven cameras in total — an RGBD in the head, one in the chest, one in each hand and five plain RGB cameras in the head — plus a chassis LiDAR and eight ultrasonic sensors, split between mobile navigation below and fine upper-body manipulation above. It supports VR and isomorphic teleoperation for data collection, and runs GigaAI's own embodied-brain control algorithms with open interfaces for secondary development. The point of the machine is the loop it closes: collect via teleoperation, post-train against GigaBrain reference algorithms, deploy back to the robot.

FEATURES

  • 1,620 mm tall on a compact 600 x 550 mm footprint, prioritising passability through real interiors
  • 20 degrees of freedom above the base — head 2, torso 4, arms 7 each — plus a four-wheel omnidirectional all-drive chassis
  • 794 mm arm span with 3 kg rated and 5 kg maximum arm payload
  • eleven cameras — head RGBD, chest RGBD, two hand RGBD and five head RGB — with chassis LiDAR and eight ultrasonic sensors, splitting mobile navigation from fine upper-body manipulation
  • VR and isomorphic teleoperation support with an intuitive data-collection platform
  • in-house embodied-brain control algorithms with open interfaces and secondary development
  • ships into a full embodied-development workflow of data collection, post-training against GigaBrain reference algorithms, and real-robot deployment.
