DESCRIPTION
MAD-7500 is an Industrial-Robot from Mad Automation. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 1200 kg payload.
The MAD-7500 is Mad Automation's high-lift LGV for shelf service: telescopic forks reach into racking, and its oil-hydraulic mast lifts up to 7,500 mm at 0.3 m/s. It carries one pallet of any type at a time, up to 1,200 kg. Like the rest of the range it navigates by laser with no floor infrastructure, so routes can be changed at any time in Mad's PC route-design software, and it travels at up to 1.5 m/s with positioning precision of up to 5 mm. The vehicles are built from off-the-shelf components so customers can service them, run 24 hours a day on lithium, sealed or traditional lead-acid batteries with automatic battery swapping or opportunity charging, and are supervised by Mad's in-house WMS and Brain 4.0 software alongside its palletisers and conveyors.
