Atlas Robotics LeVO autonomous pallet jack

DESCRIPTION

LeVO is an Industrial-Robot from Atlas Robotics. It is built for Material-Handling, Pallet-Transportation, Autonomous pallet moves: truck loading/unloading, put-away, cross-docking. Key figures: 720 min runtime, 2000 kg payload.

LeVO is Atlas Robotics' autonomous pallet jack - which the company calls the only AI pallet jack built for real warehouse chaos. Learned behaviours let it work in tight spaces, cope with rough patches and debris and operate safely alongside people, handling truck loading and unloading, put-away, replenishment, order picking, staging and cross-docking, with multi-angle barcode scanning in any orientation, self-charging with autonomous redeployment, ERP integration and real-time fleet monitoring. It lifts up to 2,000 kg, reaches a top speed of 2.5 m/s and runs 12 hours on a battery. A 3D LiDAR on its mast, context cameras, a microphone array, time-of-flight blind-spot sensors and fork blind-spot depth cameras give continuous 360-degree awareness, and safety projectors, HMI LED lights, an HMI display, headlights and speakers signal its intent to nearby workers; it follows a 'three laws' priority of protecting people first, completing the mission second and preserving itself third. LeVO has been in continuous commercial operation for more than 17 months with Fortune 500 customers and is offered with zero upfront cost.
