DESCRIPTION
KARIS Flow is an Industrial-Robot from GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Picking.
KARIS Flow is GEBHARDT's autonomous mobile robot for material handling in production and warehouses that combines a lifting mast with a double load-handling attachment with a gripper function. The gripper pulls load carriers straight from shelves, so no active conveyor technology is needed, and adjustable transfer heights let it serve several rack levels and different storage and production layouts; it can carry two loads at once. An optional AI-supported camera system recognises people, pallets, fire extinguishers and other objects for safety, and in manual flow-rack warehouses its image recognition supports inventory and demand management without intelligent racking. KARIS Flow robots link GEBHARDT InstaPick and Upstream storage systems with workstations, and can buffer or sequence goods for a robotic put wall by reaching several rack levels from outside.
