Gessmann GESSbot Gb350 autonomous mobile robot (350 kg)

DESCRIPTION

GESSbot Gb350 is an Industrial-Robot from W. Gessmann. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Delivery. Key figures: 150 kg, 720 min runtime, 350 kg payload.

The GESSbot Gb350 is Gessmann's compact autonomous mobile robot for internal transport in medium-sized factories, developed from the fleets that run in Gessmann's own series production. It navigates with a LiDAR scanner and a digital map, needing no floor markings, watches 360 degrees with laser scanners and cameras, works in aisles from about 1.2 m wide and docks to charge automatically. The 950 x 718 x 420 mm robot weighs 150 kg, carries 350 kg, travels at up to 4.3 km/h, climbs 5% gradients and runs up to 12 hours, between 5 and 50 C. Its modular top takes a lifting unit with RFID-tracked load carriers (Z-Hub), a roller conveyor for two KLT bins, shelving, a cart coupling for pallets or mesh boxes, or custom fixtures, and its fleet software speaks VDA 5050 and links to lifts, doors and fire alarms. With SICK safety sensors it moves material carriers at Wilkinson, and it carries medication at SLK-Kliniken Heilbronn.
