Neumaier Industry FK600 automated narrow-aisle stacker

DESCRIPTION

FK600 is an Industrial-Robot from Neumaier Industry. It is built for Intralogistics, Lifting, Material-Handling.

The FK600 is Neumaier Industry's fully automated narrow-aisle stacker for high-bay warehouses. All-electric, high-precision positioning axes replace conventional hydraulics, which Neumaier says raises productivity by up to 300%, and an electric positioning tunnel with telescopic forks extending to both sides stores and retrieves pallets without swivelling (a swivel-push fork is available instead). It can stack pallets three high automatically, increasing storage density by 45%, clamps and aligns pallets or pallet cages in transit and checks their contour and weight. It is guided by induction in the aisle with optical fine positioning, monitors every storage and retrieval with sensors and cameras, has all-round safety laser scanners and links to the warehouse control by WiFi.

FEATURES
