Esachain P is a laser-guided turtle vehicle with motorised chains on two levels: it carries a full pallet of up to 1,000 kg on top and an empty pallet on the lower level. It uses ANT laser navigation, which takes any fixed element of the surroundings as a reference so installation is quick, receives missions over Wi-Fi from Esatroll's supervisor or the plant's own system, and can be fitted with opportunity charging. Like Esatroll's other vehicles it is designed and built in-house in Switzerland and adapted to each customer's plant, and it can be run by Esatroll's customised supervisor, which takes calls from workstations, assigns vehicles, manages right of way and load delivery and logs activity.
