DESCRIPTION
The Enlight L is the first model in Flexiv's new-generation Enlight series of adaptive robots: a 7-axis, force-controlled arm with whole-body perception from multi-dimensional force sensors built into every joint. Weighing just 15 kg with a 5 kg payload and 752 mm reach, it combines industrial-grade force control (1-400 N TCP range, 0.1 N sensing accuracy) with tactile interaction — multi-touch, gesture recognition and virtual button control on the arm itself. Four of its seven axes rotate a full 720°, and safety is engineered to IEC 61508 and ISO 10218-1:2025. It pairs with the Orion control box, which can coordinate multiple arms from a single unit for dual-arm and multi-robot cells.
FEATURES
- Whole-body perception via per-joint multi-dimensional force sensors
- 720° motion range on four axes
- multi-touch and gesture interaction
- zero-force drag teaching with self-learned trajectories and forces
- Orion control box coordinating multiple arms
- IEC 61508 / ISO 10218-1:2025 compliant safety with Cartesian-space collision detection.
