DESCRIPTION
ECART 4 is an Industrial-Robot from Oppent. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 400 kg, 420 min runtime, 1200 kg payload.
ECART 4 is a model in Oppent's ECART family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. The heavy-duty ECART, it carries 1,200 kg (1,500 kg maximum) at up to 1.8 m/s and recharges its 100 Ah battery in about an hour.\nPer its datasheet it measures 1,450 x 820 x 350 mm, weighs 400 kg without batteries and carries 1,200 kg nominal (1,500 kg maximum) on lift platform sized to the payload. It uses differential, bidirectional drive (2 x 1,500 W), travels at up to 1.8 m/s and climbs 3% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 7 hours on a LiFePO4 24 V 100 Ah battery with 1 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick S300 laser scanners, front/rear sensitive edges, 2 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller (Performance Level d), and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
