DESCRIPTION
DRIVEplus is an Industrial-Robot from IMS Robotics. It is built for Cleaning, Inspection, Remote. Key figures: 35 kg.
The DRIVEplus is IMS Robotics' all-round cutting robot for medium-sized main sewers from DN 150 to DN 600. Its self-propelled carriage, 135 mm in outer diameter, carries a milling arm with 400-degree electric rotation, about 90 degrees of swivel and an extra swivel for the cutting motor, and it can be fitted with either of two differently sized air motors to suit the cutting job and material. It removes deposits and reopens lateral connections after liner rehabilitation. Pneumatic stabilisation and different wheel sets give traction, permanent internal nitrogen pressure monitoring protects the unit, and a swivel-head camera with LED lighting, integrated positioning sensors and a reverse-driving sensor guide the operator. The carriage measures about 1070 x 190 x 175 mm and weighs about 35 kg, fed from a cable drum with 100 m or 150 m of supply hose and run from a 7-inch universal control unit.
