DESCRIPTION
The CRP-RH18-20-W is a six-axis vertically articulated welding robot from Chengdu CRP Robot Technology, built for arc welding in general fabrication, automotive, electronics and new-energy production. It carries a 20 kg payload to a maximum reach of 1730 mm and repeats to +/-0.08 mm, with a 285 kg body that mounts either on the ground or inverted from a frame. The arm is built around welding rather than adapted to it: the J4 and J6 axes are hollow so a hollow welding gun can pass through them, the user signal line, gas pipe and welding cable are routed inside the casting for a smooth snag-free body, and the first two axes carry dust covers with a fully surrounded torch. CRP rates it Body IP54, wrist IP67 and specifies an operating range of 0~45°C. The robot ships with CRP's own controller cabinet and is sold alongside the company's positioners for coordinated multi-axis welding cells.

- Built-in three-phase transformer makes 380V and 220V isolated to help the power supply more stable. Built-in three-phase filter can effectively improve the performance of EMC and EMI
- The robot body is with dual-circuit gas pipe to meet the welding demand
- The inner diameter of 6-axis middle hole is 44mm, it can meet the installation requirements of water-cooling torch and bellows torch
- Highly flexible welding cable is built-in
