DESCRIPTION

AMR-AI-Base Robot is an Industrial-Robot from Micro-Star International (MSI). It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 85 kg, 480 min runtime, 300 kg payload.

The AMR-AI-Base Robot is MSI's base autonomous mobile robot: a low 626 x 597 x 388 mm, 85 kg platform that carries up to 300 kg on top and moves parts and heavy goods around factories, warehouses, hospitals and commercial buildings without tracks or changes to the site. Front and rear lidar plus Intel RealSense depth cameras build and update the map, plan routes and avoid obstacles. It travels at up to 1.3 m/s, stops to within +/-50 mm, needs an 80 cm aisle, crosses 5 mm gaps and climbs 7-degree grades. A 48 V / 33.6 Ah battery gives 8 hours of running and recharges in 2 hours on a 30 A dock. MSI's fleet platform coordinates several robots and handles cross-floor delivery by controlling elevators and doors. The top deck exposes RJ45, two USB ports, 48 V battery power and optional Modbus for application modules, and the robot is certified to CE and SEMI S2.
