BESCHREIBUNG
The YMBot Type E is the smaller sibling of the Type C2 in Yunmu's cultural-tourism line — 140 cm and 38 kg against 175 cm and 55 kg — and it trades some of the C2's facial complexity for a higher joint count and a modular body. It carries 52 degrees of freedom excluding its optional five-finger dexterous hands, with a high-degree-of-freedom design offering larger rotation and swing angles, and its head is fitted with an audio-visual-electronic display. Joints peak above 150 N·m and it moves at up to 1.2 m/s, running about two hours in motion on a 10 Ah pack. It can produce at least ten distinct emotional expressions, which is the point of a skin-wrapped robot working a museum or scenic spot. Yunmu notes it has already achieved commercial scenario implementation rather than pitching it as a prototype, and its modular design also suits education and scientific research. Like the rest of the range it is ROS2-compatible with a URDF model supplied, over CAN Bus and EtherCAT.
