BESCHREIBUNG
The Ti5 T230C is the heavy-duty member of the T-series: a 320 kg dual-arm handling robot — 144 kg of that the chassis alone — standing 1.57 m with an additional 0.5 m of folding lift and reaching 2,047 mm across its arms. Twenty-three active degrees of freedom and hook-type grippers move 20 kg payloads with repeatability inside 0.3 mm, while the chassis travels at 1.4 m/s for about two hours on a 48 V 10 Ah body pack plus a 48 V 40 Ah chassis pack. Vision comes from a Mech-Eye LSRL industrial laser 3D camera, compute from a Jetson AGX Orin 64GB developer kit, and the whole machine runs CAN/EtherCAT over Ethernet in an aluminium and stainless-steel structure.
