BESCHREIBUNG

Kinisi - originally the Kinisi Robotics KR1 - is a wheeled humanoid mobile manipulator for pick, place, sort and move work in warehouses, factories and hotels: picking boxes, bins, totes and odd-shaped items from shelves, conveyors or the floor, placing and sorting them by destination and moving them across the floor. Bear Robotics, which agreed to acquire Kinisi in June 2026, now offers it as the manipulation member of its fleet alongside Servi delivery and Servi Clean cleaning robots. A humanoid upper body with two arms sits on an autonomous omnidirectional wheeled base; Bear says wheels outpace legs on the warehouse floor, with speeds up to 14.4 km/h and a full shift per battery, and that it is IP65-rated for dust, splash and real factory conditions. Target work spans warehousing and 3PL logistics (pick, place, sort, kit), assembly and manufacturing (machine tending, assembly support, line-side handling) and recycling, where it is already sorting glass by shape, size and material in live deployments. It learns tasks by demonstration - shown a task once, it learns the intent - drops into a site with minimal setup, and improves as the whole fleet learns, orchestrated through Bear Universe cloud. Its manipulation intelligence comes from Kinisi's Vision-Language-Action model and Robot Foundation Model, built on the NVIDIA stack. Payload, reach and final mobility specifications are to be confirmed at launch.
