DESCRIPTION

The Q300 is YIJIAHE's indoor inspection drone, and the design problem it solves is flying without GPS in a room full of energised switchgear. It navigates by indoor SLAM inside a carbon-fibre collision cage, so a contact with a wall or a cabinet is a bump rather than a crash, and obstacle avoidance is vision-based. The aircraft measures 400 mm and weighs 1.5 kg, cruising for eighteen minutes and recharging from twenty to ninety per cent in forty. What makes it deployable is the hangar: an integrated minimalist indoor dock of 685 by 615 by 250 mm with a centring mechanism, charging contacts and electrical interface, so the drone launches, inspects and returns to base without anyone entering the room and with zero modification to the site. YIJIAHE aims it at distribution rooms, indoor substations and GIS halls, petrochemical interiors, production workshops and warehouse stocktaking — the indoor spaces where a ground robot cannot see equipment mounted high up. It carries a 4K camera with infrared thermometry on a dual-light gimbal, plus LiDAR, and is rated IP4X.
