DESCRIPTION

The WR300CB is an autonomous mobile robot from Wonik Robotics' AMR line, built to move material around a factory without a driver or fixed guide path. Manual / tray loading, operated from an LCD touch panel or joystick. It measures 630 mm wide by 825 mm long by 940 mm high and carries up to 300 kg. Drive is differential, on urethane wheels — two driven and four castors — with a top speed of 1.2 m/s and an average of about 0.7 m/s. Navigation is SLAM-based: the robot builds and localises against its own map, so it can be redeployed when a line or equipment layout changes rather than re-taping a route. It stops to within plus or minus 30mm and docks to within plus or minus 10mm (V marker). Power is a Li-ion, DC24V / 50Ah pack, charged automatically or manually in about 1 to 1.5 h. Networking is WiFi 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz; LTE/5G optional. Fleets run under Wonik's ACS control system, which coordinates up to 100 robots.
