DESCRIPTION

The WR-AMMR12-4F is one of Wonik Robotics' Autonomous Mobile Manipulator Robots — a mobile base that carries a collaborative arm, so the machine both moves material and handles it. Wonik sells the AMMR as a configured system: the base and end effector are its own, while the arm is the collaborative model the customer picks, which is why the variants differ mainly by arm. This variant pairs the base with a Neuromeka Nuri12 (12 kg payload, 1,434 mm reach). The end effector is a Allegro Hand V5 Plus (with pressure sensor). The mobile platform measures 700 mm wide by 950 mm long by 810 mm high and carries 100 kg with the manipulator fitted. It drives on mecanum wheels — urethane, two 6-inch driven wheels and four castors — which give omnidirectional movement, so it can translate sideways into a machine rather than turning first. Top speed is 1 m/s with an average around 0.5 m/s. Navigation is SLAM-based. It stops to within plus or minus 10 mm and docks to within plus or minus 1 mm, which is the figure that matters for machine tending. A 50 V, 50 Ah lithium-ion pack charges in about 1 to 1.5 h, automatically or manually, using a sliding-type charger with battery swap. Networking is WiFi on 2.4 and 5 GHz through an external patch antenna, with LTE or 5G optional. Fleets are managed by Wonik's ACS control system.
