DESCRIPTION

VertiDrive V700 is a Cleaning-Robots from BlastOne. It is built for Cleaning, Surface preparation: abrasive blasting, UHP waterjetting and washing of steel. Key figures: 62 kg, 180 kg payload.

The VertiDrive V700 is VertiDrive's newer heavy-duty magnetic crawler for blasting and washing large steel assets such as storage tanks and ships, switching in minutes between three tools: abrasive blasting with up to three #10 SnakeBite nozzles (up to 60 m2 per hour), ultra-high-pressure waterjetting at up to 3,000 bar over a 1,500 mm width, and high-pressure washing at up to 1,000 bar and 80 l/min to remove oil, fouling and salts. A 315 W swing arm with a configurable step timer sweeps the tool at up to 30 degrees per second with up to 600 N of thrust for a uniform result to any WJ or SA standard.\nThe 62 kg robot carries up to 180 kg and is held by magnets of up to 900 kg force, adjustable from 7 to 13 mm to cross welds and lapped plates, so it works upside down; it drives at up to 5 m/min on two 315 W motors, turns within a 4 m radius and keeps working in winds up to 50 knots. The robot is IP65, the control box and Hetronic Nova XL remote (100 m range) are IP66, and an optional cooled control box extends operation from +35 to +50 C.
