DESCRIPTION
VertiDrive M4 is a Cleaning-Robots from BlastOne. It is built for Cleaning, Surface preparation: abrasive blasting, UHP waterjetting and washing of steel.
The VertiDrive M4 is a remote-controlled magnetic crawler for closed ultra-high-pressure waterjet blasting: a shrouded blast head 400 mm wide strips thick coatings from steel tank walls and ship hulls while the VertiDrive vacuum system recovers the waste water and dries the surface at once to prevent flash rust, so there is no dust and the work area stays clean for other trades. It covers up to 45 m2 per hour - about five times faster than manual work - on horizontal and vertical surfaces, disassembles to pass through a 24-inch manhole, comes in electric, pneumatic and ATEX Zone II versions, and converts into the open-blasting M3 with a conversion kit.
