DESCRIPTION
Tru-D iQ Scout is a Cleaning-Robots from Tru-D SmartUVC. It is built for Sanitizing, UVC disinfection of hard, nonporous surfaces.
The Tru-D iQ Scout is the most compact and manoeuvrable device in Tru-D SmartUVC's iQ system, a lightweight UVC disinfection unit for bathrooms and other small spaces that can work on its own with the iQ Controller or alongside the larger iQ Tower. Its lamps are protected inside the base during transport and deployed manually when needed, and it docks onto the Controller, which in turn nests with the Tower, for carrying between rooms. Eight UVC sensors in a 360-degree Sensor360 array determine the cycle time needed to reach shadowed as well as directly exposed surfaces, passive-infrared sensors stop UVC emission if a person's heat signature or movement is detected, and the Controller's UVC sensor shuts the lamps off if UVC is detected outside the room. In an average-size restroom, independent lab tests showed significant inactivation in as little as eight minutes, with log reductions of 4.1-4.6 for C. difficile, 4 for MSSA, 4.1 for C. auris, 4.0->4.3 for SARS-CoV-2 and 4.0-4.5 for influenza A (H1N1). Cycle data is reported through the web-based Tru-D SmartHUB.
