DESCRIPTION

Trakr is a Legged-Robots from Addverb Technologies. It is built for Data Collection, Research, Surveying. Key figures: 18 kg, 90 min runtime, 5 kg payload.

Trakr is a four-legged robot from Addverb Technologies for remote inspection, data collection and autonomous security patrols at oil and gas fields, refineries, warehouses and other sites that are hard for people or wheeled vehicles to reach. It is offered in two variants, Trakr 5 and the heavier-duty Trakr 20. The robot climbs stairs and slopes of up to 30 degrees and crosses rubble, grating and confined passages, using high-torque planetary joint actuators and gaits learned with reinforcement learning. A depth camera, 3D LiDAR, IMU and optional foot-pressure sensors give centimetre-level localisation without GPS, and missions such as patrol routes or inspection points can be programmed to run with little oversight, including optional self-charging. The Trakr 5 stands 280 mm high, weighs 18 kg with its battery, carries 5 kg and reaches 1.5 m/s. It runs for about 1.5 hours on a 24 V, 10 Ah battery that recharges in 90 minutes, and uses an Intel i7 processor with an optional NVIDIA Jetson Orin module. Add-ons include thermal imaging, acoustic inspection, night-vision cameras, a servo arm, IP67 casing and an explosion-proof housing.
