DESCRIPTION
The TCB series is TLIBOT's ultra-light collaborative arm line, spanning twelve models built from the company's own harmonic reducers, servo motors, encoders and integrated joints. Arms come in six- or seven-axis form at three reach classes — 653 mm, 761.5 mm and 1,161.5 mm maximum working radius — with rated loads of 5 or 10 kg and maximum loads to 14 kg, all at ±0.03 mm repeated positioning accuracy and 180°/s top joint speed. Bodies weigh from 7 kg to 13.2 kg in aluminium alloy, which is what lets TLIBOT claim an extreme load of twice the arm's own weight and a rated grab-weight ratio exceeding 1:1. Every model runs on DC 48 V at 220-450 W with dual encoders, IP54 protection, a fully hidden wiring harness, 360° continuous end rotation, drag-and-drop teaching, force feedback and script programming.
