DESCRIPTION

TERO Pro is a Consumer-Robot from LUMISTAR. It is built for Analysis, Entertainment, Education. Key figures: 8.8 kg, 240 min runtime, price $2,199, released 2026.

TERO Pro is LUMISTAR's AI tennis training partner: a ball machine that watches the player through its own cameras and changes each return to suit the rally, rather than firing a fixed programme. An AI-enhanced 4K dual-lens camera at handle height covers a 120-degree field of view, and the machine analyses each incoming shot's speed, trajectory and landing spot, planning its return within 0.1 seconds and refining it as the ball approaches. The serving head is a dual-axis gimbal. It delivers balls at 20 to 140 km/h with up to 3,600 rpm of spin, 0 to 50 degrees of elevation and 25 degrees of oscillation either way, reaching 26 m and 4.2 m high across 35 selectable landing spots. 273 built-in drills combine 34 presets, seven difficulty levels and five AI modes: Rally, Rank Up (which plays half an NTRP level above the player), AI Match, Random and All Star Game, which recreates the shot patterns of well-known players. Control is by voice, gesture, a wristband, the app or an Apple Watch. The machine calibrates itself to the court lines, tracks the player's position and stops serving when someone comes too close; an anti-jam dial above the gimbal and a self-cleaning airflow that clears ball fuzz keep it running. After each session it produces a sports report and an NTRP rating, and raw video stays on the device. The main unit measures 320 x 410 x 520 mm and weighs 8.8 kg, rising to 830 mm with the ball bag fitted; it travels as a wheeled suitcase and runs for about four hours on its battery. It sells for US$2,199 in Cosmic Graphite or Melted Aura.
