TD5000 is Invio Automation's mid-capacity AGV, combining high capacity with zero-radius, 360-degree turning for large and bulky loads. It carries 3,500 lb (1,588 kg) on deck or tows 5,000 lb (2,268 kg) and is used on assembly lines for recreational vehicles, small vehicles, marine engines and agricultural drivetrains; ample on-board power can drive hydraulic lift motors with operator controls. The 1,979 x 914 x 302 mm vehicle (36- and 48-inch widths are offered) weighs 635 kg and travels forward, in reverse or turns on the spot at up to 0.76 m/s. Two independent 700 W drive wheels on 24 V DC run from 124 Ah of batteries with 40 A on-board and 40 A automatic charging. All Invio standard platforms use BlueBotics natural-feature LIDAR navigation (or magnetic tape / in-floor bar guidance), safety-rated Keyence scanners with zone programming, Allen-Bradley PLC or microprocessor control with a Proface HMI and +/-13 mm positional accuracy, and take attachments such as top-deck robots, load frames, trunnions, roller conveyors and scissor lifts.
