TWINNY TarGo100 person-following robot

DESCRIPTION

TarGo100 is a Delivery-Robots from TWINNY. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 480 min runtime, 100 kg payload.

The TarGo100 is TWINNY's target-following robot, a cart that carries up to 100 kg behind a worker. It recognises and locks on to a person with a one-touch, one-second operation and needs no separate tracking device or wearable: an RGB-D camera analyses the target's size, colour, motion and position, and the robot plans its trajectory from the person's movement. Buttons and a joystick also allow manual control. A triple-layer safety system combines the RGB-D camera, two 2D LiDARs at opposite corners for 360-degree obstacle detection and a bumper. The robot measures 975 x 690 x 1,288 mm with a 740 x 625 x 797 mm cargo space with goods shelves, drives at up to 1.0 m/s, operates at 10-35 C, and runs for up to 8 hours with charging in under 3 hours.
