DESCRIPTION
UniVan 2.0 is a Delivery-Robots from Telelift. It is built for Material-Handling, Delivery, Transport. Key figures: 500 kg payload.
The UniVan 2.0 is Telelift's autonomous mobile robot for hospital logistics and the optimised successor to its earlier UniVan. It moves meals, medicines, medical supplies, consumables, laundry, documents, waste and sterile goods around the hospital without manual intervention, delivering to the right station at the right time and sharing corridors with staff and visitors. The low, compact vehicle measures 1,460 x 600 x 240 mm, drives under its load and raises it by up to 80 mm with an electric lift, carrying up to 500 kg. Diagonally arranged LiDAR scanners and a SLAM algorithm map the building, so no floor, wall or ceiling installations are needed; it moves omnidirectionally, avoids obstacles without stopping, evaluates alternative routes and can hand tasks to other vehicles. Safety scanners give 360-degree coverage, 3D cameras detect objects up to 2 m high, and side safety strips, emergency stops and visual and audible warnings complete the safety concept, giving contactless stops that protect doors and lifts. It recharges inductively at points along its route and docks automatically, and it works together with the UniVan mini and Telelift's other transport systems.
