DESCRIPTION
TAGON Heavy Lifter is an Industrial-Robot from 3S Robotics. It is built for Heavy-Load-Transportation, Intralogistics, Material-Handling. Key figures: 200 kg, 480 min runtime, 1000 kg payload.
The TAGON Heavy Lifter is 3S Robotics' low-profile heavy-load AGV for factory logistics, built to move pallets and other large loads of up to 1,000 kg close to the floor. Customers can load goods directly onto the 280 mm-high chassis or fit upper modules such as a lifter or a roller conveyor, so the same base serves pallet transfer between lines, conveyors and storage. It uses a differential drive that moves forward and rotates in place at up to 1 m/s with +/-10 mm driving accuracy, follows optical or magnetic guidance, and detects obstacles 2 m ahead (up to 4 m). A 48 V, 50 Ah battery gives about 8 hours of running without load and recharges in up to 3 hours, manually or automatically, and the robot is dispatched over Wi-Fi by 3S Robotics' ILC logistics control system, which tracks every transfer in real time. It measures 1,150 x 900 x 280 mm and weighs 200 kg.
