The StoreBiter OLS is GEBHARDT's one-level shuttle for container, tray and carton warehouses with the highest performance requirements, introduced in 2011. Interchangeable load-handling devices store goods single- or multi-deep and carry up to two 50 kg loads, and the system is built for goods-to-person picking with SimplePick stations. Warehouses can be captive (one OLS per level, with container lifts), roaming (fewer shuttles than levels, moved by a shuttle lift) or roaming+ (adding two container lifts). The OLS E variant runs without a conductor rail, powered by a double-layer capacitor that charges in seconds at points in the aisle or on the lift, with a sleep mode to save energy - suited to many levels served by few shuttles. 11teamsports runs an OLS shuttle warehouse at its Satteldorf head office.
