DESCRIPTION
PickPallet is an Industrial-Robot from Tompkins Robotics. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 360 min runtime, 1500 kg payload.
PickPallet is Tompkins Robotics' autonomous pallet mover, a self-driving pallet jack that carries palletized loads of up to 1,500 kg (3,300 lb) point-to-point between storage, staging and shipping areas and supports case-to-pallet picking. It handles open, closed and custom pallets to the major international standards with customizable forks (standard 1150 x 173 x 60 mm), lifts 100 mm and places each load within +/-10 mm of its target. The 1.7 x 0.8 x 1.9 m robot drives at up to 1.3 m/s, turns on a 1,330 mm radius and works in aisles as narrow as 1.7 m, and can climb inclines. Its sensors - LiDAR, a camera, its SkyEye system and obstacle-detection radar - let it adapt to changes in the facility in real time, and it keeps cargo sway under 5 degrees at load heights up to 2 m. It charges itself and runs for about 6 hours, and fleets grow by adding robots.
