DESCRIPTION
Navya is a Marine from Coratia Technologies. It is built for Data Collection, Mapping, Surveying.
Navya is a compact autonomous surface vessel (ASV) from Coratia Technologies for survey and monitoring work on inland and coastal waters. The small, lightweight catamaran runs pre-planned survey lines on its own or under manual control and is used on reservoirs, rivers, ports and coastal areas. The vessel switches between manual and autopilot modes and holds position with a dynamic positioning system. Its main survey sensor is a dual-frequency echosounder for depth profiling and bathymetry, and a 360-degree omnidirectional video system gives wide-area situational awareness. A modular payload bay lets it carry other instruments for water-quality monitoring. Coratia lists hydrographic and bathymetric surveys, water-quality and environmental monitoring, fishery management and defence or security surveillance as its applications, and uses the vessel for its own bathymetric survey services. Navya was among the systems reported in the Indian Navy's INR 660 million contract with Coratia in 2025.
