DESCRIPTION
NarGoW100 is an Industrial-Robot from TWINNY. It is built for Intralogistics, Picking, Transport. Key figures: 480 min runtime, 100 kg payload, released 2023.
The NarGoW100 is TWINNY's order-picking robot for warehouses. It automatically transports items picked by operators, replacing repetitive manual transit, and exchanges order data with the warehouse management system (WMS); many robots can be controlled at once. It carries a handheld and a built-in barcode scanner and an optional monitor arm, and is compatible with forklift operations in the same aisles. A triple-layer safety system combines a 3D LiDAR on top for environment perception, two 2D LiDARs at opposite corners for 360-degree obstacle detection and a bumper that stops the robot on contact. The robot measures 696 x 546 x 1,509 mm with 500 x 509 mm shelves, carries 100 kg (20 kg per shelf) and loads up to 750 x 1,050 x 1,200 mm at up to 1.5 m/s. A 29.4 V, 54 Ah battery gives up to 8 hours of operation with automatic or manual charging in under 3 hours; it crosses steps of +/-10 mm and gaps of 35 mm, climbs 5-degree slopes, and works at 0-40 C, up to 80% humidity and 100-1,000 lx, over Wi-Fi and LTE. TWINNY launched NarGo Order Picking in May 2023.
