DESCRIPTION
MOBOT MW FlatRunner 30 is an Industrial-Robot from WObit. It is built for Heavy-Load-Transportation, Intralogistics, Material-Handling. Key figures: 1250 kg, 3000 kg payload.
The MOBOT MW FlatRunner 30 is the heaviest of WObit's omnidirectional MW platforms: four brushless servo motors drive 360 mm Mecanum wheels so it can move in any direction and turn on the spot, carrying up to 3,000 kg bolted to its top or 2,500 kg with its load-lifting system, which raises loads by 140 mm. It charges wirelessly through an inductive system with six lithium-ion batteries, or manually at 24 V/50 A, in 3.5 or 7 hours. It navigates with LMS laser navigation plus vision line following, with two line-tracking cameras, two 2D safety laser scanners, a navigation scanner and two 3D cameras, and signals with BlueSpot lamps, direction indicators and a signal column. It reaches 1.0 m/s, has 12 kW of nominal power, is rated IP30 for 5-45 C, measures 2,378 x 1,390 x 416 mm (mast height 2,092 mm) and weighs about 1,250 kg.
