DESCRIPTION
MK Manta is a Security from Mine Kafon. It is built for Data Collection, Surveying, Inspection. Key figures: 15 kg, 30 min runtime, 8 kg payload.
MK Manta is Mine Kafon's heavy-lift drone, which carries detection sensors and robotic add-ons over suspected minefields in the second step of its system. Eight motors with 30-inch propellers in a coaxial layout lift a maximum take-off weight of 35 kg, and add-ons can be swapped in seconds. The Mine Kafon robotics add-ons include a rope robot that lowers itself a few metres, a three-armed delta robot that sweeps a sensor over flat ground, and a gripper. Mine Kafon also offers it for cargo delivery, terrain analysis and emergency services. It flies for about 30 minutes and hovers for 45, and is run from the MK Ground Station.
