dpm MINICART autonomous mobile robot (series product)

DESCRIPTION

MINICART is an Industrial-Robot from Daum und Partner Maschinenbau (dpm). It is built for Lifting, Material-Handling. Key figures: 110 kg payload.

MINICART is dpm's compact autonomous mobile robot for moving small load carriers, containers, assemblies and racks around factories and warehouses. It carries up to 110 kg, measures 750 x 575 x 350 mm and drives at up to 90 m per minute using laser-based navigation with obstacle avoidance, for goods up to 600 x 400 mm. It is built as a standard vehicle with an open control architecture: a Siemens S7 controller lets customers integrate their own applications, and a VDA 5050 interface connects it to fleet management. Modular tops include a roller conveyor in various sizes, a lifting platform for height adjustment and a rigid shelf, and the robot can be called and dispatched through dpm's DriveLink app. MINICART robots run at Siemens, among other customers.
