Global AGV L12 autonomous pallet stacker (US/UK/SEA pallets)

DESCRIPTION

L12 is an Industrial-Robot from Global AGV. It is built for Intralogistics, Loading, Material-Handling. Key figures: 2730 kg, 1200 kg payload.

L12 is Global AGV's driverless pallet stacker for US, UK and SEA pallets: a standard stacker converted into an AGV with free forks that adjust to the pallet size, so it can also take pallets that are closed at the bottom, such as CHEP pallets. It registers where and when pallets need to be picked up and delivered and synchronises with other logistics processes, automating simple A-to-B pallet transport. It measures 2760 x 980 x 2270 mm, weighs 2400 kg plus a 330 kg battery, carries 1200 kg and travels at up to 1.2 m/s. Its mast reaches 2844 mm, with standard operation limited to 1000 mm (higher lift on request). A 1.5 kW AC motor drives a Linde LAC transmission. A Pepperl+Fuchs 2D lidar on top, at 2.2 m, navigates with a 360-degree view, front and rear SICK S300 Expert scanners guard its path, and it charges automatically during breaks and can be driven manually by its tiller.
